About this service
The Chemotherapy Unit provides physician-ordered treatment. Patients should coordinate the treatment plan, laboratory requirements, medicines, schedule, and financial clearance with their oncology team and the hospital.

What to prepare
- A valid government-issued ID and your hospital card, if you have one.
- Your doctor’s request or referral, when required for a procedure or test.
- Your active HMO card, PhilHealth documents, or other coverage information, if applicable.
- A current list of medicines and relevant previous test results.
