About this service
The Hemodialysis Unit provides scheduled dialysis treatment under a nephrologist’s care. New and returning patients should confirm treatment schedules, referral requirements, laboratory results, and financial or coverage documents.

What to prepare
- A valid government-issued ID and your hospital card, if you have one.
- Your doctor’s request or referral, when required for a procedure or test.
- Your active HMO card, PhilHealth documents, or other coverage information, if applicable.
- A current list of medicines and relevant previous test results.
